Welcome to Josephson's Smokehouse. We are family-owned and have operated for over eighty years and four generations at our Astoria, Oregon location. At our historic Smokehouse an unequaled variety of seafood is smoked daily; sold at retail fresh from the smokers; packed for individual mail order customers and restaurants; and shipped world-wide.
