Hot Smoked Wine-Maple Salmon Jerky
Like all Josephson's products, the Teriyaki Salmon Jerky and Pepper Blend Jerky are made from all natural ingredients and processes. The salmon sides are dry cured in our cold room, then slowly cold smoked with flavorful alderwood smoke in our old fashioned gravity smokehouses. Next the finished sides are portioned into skinless strips which are either seasoned with bell and black pepper blend or marinated in Teriyaki. Finally the prepared strips are finished with a cooking and smoking process in our AFOS smoking ovens. What a great treat for your family and friends!
Hot Smoked Seafood will keep two weeks under refrigeration and up to three months in a vacuum bag in the freezer.
